Mobile Wallet
A mobile wallet is a digital way to store debit card and credit card information so that purchases can be made using you mobile device rather than using a card. You can download your preferred mobile wallet app —like Google Pay® or Apple Pay® — through the app store on your device. Mobile wallet apps replace your actual card number with a unique digital number so your personal information and payment details are kept safe and secure.
Adding Cards to Mobile Wallet Apps
After downloading your chosen mobile app you can add your FECU debit and credit card information. Open the app and tap “Add” then follow the instruction on the screen to load your FECU debit and credit card information to the mobile wallet app.

In-Store Payments
Your mobile device can tap to pay anywhere contactless payments are accepted. Open the mobile wallet app on your smart device, select a card to use, and then hold the device a few inches above the payment reader. The confirmation screen will appear once the transaction is complete.
Online Shopping
No more filling in your card details every time you check out at your favorite online retailers. Paying for online purchases with a mobile wallet app is more convenient and reduces the risk of fraud because the mobile wallet uses an encrypted digital number rather than your card information. When shopping online simply select the digital wallet logo at checkout.
ATM Access
The mobile wallet can be used to access an ATM that uses NFC technology. You can get cash using your mobile wallet app to select the card you’d like to use then tap your phone against the contactless symbol on the ATM. You’ll be asked to enter the ATM PIN associated with your debit card. Once the ATM has verified your identity, additional instructions might appear and so follow the prompts to proceed with your transaction.
In-app Purchases
Securely make an in-app purchase to access special content, power-up your game characters, or pay for subscriptions that you buy inside an app. Use the mobile wallet app to make in-app purchase (IAP). It's widely accepted, easy, and your information is always kept private.

Mobile wallet PIN Transactions are counted with the debit card PIN Transactions and may incur a fee if combined usage exceeds 15 per month. The mobile wallet and the debit card PIN transactions combined cannot exceed your daily withdrawal limits from ATMs. The mobile wallet and the debit card transactions combined cannot exceed your daily purchase limits. FECU does not charge additional fees for processing transactions in mobile wallets but ATM fees and other charges may apply. The iOS purchases or subscription have their own set of policies and procedures regarding refunds, FECU may decline to provide refunds for these purchases.
