Update Your Contact Information
Keeping your contact information updated is important. Accurate phone numbers, emails, addresses, or seasonal address are essential. FECU may need to contact you about fraud, account notices, or verify access to banking services.
Updating your contact information is vital. Members have the ability to update contact information through Online Banking. If you do not use online banking then you are responsible for promptly notifying the Credit Union by emailing the information to fedecu@fedins.com.
Update your contact information in online banking:
- Login to FECU Online Banking or use the Federated Employees Credit Union mobile App
- Click “General”
- Select "Preferences" and open the “Contact Info" section to confirm and edit the current email, phone number and mailing address
- Click “Update” to save the change
Fraud Prevention
The phone number on your profile must be correct so you can be easily contacted if any questionable activity is detected on your account. FECU will never send you emails or text messages asking for your username, passwords, account numbers, or Social Security number. If you get a message asking for this information, contact FECU immediately.
Please review the user contact policy for your Online and Mobile Banking Agreement and Disclosure to update FECU with your information. If your confidential information is compromised, it is your responsibility to take the appropriate action.
