Zogo FAQs

The Zogo© mobile app provides bite-sized lessons on finance. For each module completed, you earn Pineapples that can be redeemed for gift cards for Starbucks, Target, Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, and more.

Download the Zogo app with the FECU member exclusive access code: SaveNGrow

Why does Zogo confirm my email address?

Confirming your email address helps Zogo ensure rewards are sent to the right place. The account verification process prevents gift cards and other rewards from being claimed by scammers, bots, and hackers.

Why can't I sign up with my phone number?

If you aren't able to sign up with your phone number, it's probably because the phone number is formatted incorrectly (enter the number without spaces or characters) or that phone number is already tied to a Zogo account.

What is Stripe Verification?

Stripe Identity® is a third-party identity verification service that allows Zogo to confirm you are a real person by matching a photo of your ID* to your account details. Because the ID verification process is designed to prevent scammers and bots from making accounts, an ID can only be used to open one account.
Follow these steps to get Stripe verified:

  1. Visit the Marketplace tab in the Zogo app
  2. Tap the Unverified account or Failed Verification button in the top right corner of your screen
  3. Follow the steps to submit a valid ID (U.S. driver's license, non-driver ID card, or passport)

*Members under the age of 16 or are minors without a U.S. government-issued ID, will need a parent or guardian to provide an ID for the account verification. Once your parent or guardian completes account verification, you can exchange Pineapples for rewards. A parent or guardian with multiple family members using Zogo can use the same ID for more than one minor verification by contacting support@zogofinance.com for assistance. Participants must be age 13 or older.

If you're not comfortable verifying your identity with Stripe, that's okay! You can still learn and earn Pineapples on Zogo, but you will not be able to redeem rewards.
At this time, we can only accept the following documents for Stripe ID verification:

  • A United States passport
  • A United States driver's license
  • A United States non-driver identification card

Please do not submit any other forms of documentation, as we cannot accept them.

Where is my gift card?

Pineapples can be exchanged for gift cards or donated to charities in the in-app Marketplace! You need to verify your account before you can redeem your Pineapples. The redemption email can take up to 48 hours to arrive. Look for the email from Giftbit in your inbox, spam, and junk folders. If you have not received a redemption email after 48 hours, please contact support@zogofinance.com. If your gift card was flagged for review, it was likely marked as “suspicious” in our system. This process helps us filter harmful activities. In most cases, legitimate redemptions will be reviewed and approved by our support team. If, after 48 hours your gift card has not been approved, please contact support@zogofinance.com for assistance.
