Mobile Alerts
Mobile Alerts help you track your FECU account activity and manage your finances. It's easy to set up and customize Mobile Alerts to get SMS/text messaging* about balances, loan payments and other transactions. Users can instantly check on their accounts using online banking, text banking, or banking app when alerts are received.
Choose alert options for each of your accounts and customize how you want to receive them.
- High or Low Balance
- Cleared Checks
- Loan Payment Due/Late
- Electronic Transactions
- Deposit and Withdrawal Transactions
- Home Banking Login and Sign-on Related Activity
Setting up / Add Alert
You need to set up a Registered Mobile Alert Number under Self Service in your online banking. Setting up your mobile number will allow you to receive balance, loan payment, electronic transaction, and cleared check alerts. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.
- Online Banking and set up your mobile alert number under the Mobile Alerts tab
- Click Self Service and select Mobile Alerts from the drop down list
- Use Add Alert button to add new Mobile Alerts to your account

Manage/ Remove Alert
Change your Mobile Alerts and preferences at any time or set up quiet time for your mobile device
- Online Banking and set up your mobile alert number under the Mobile Alerts tab
- Click Self Service and select Mobile Alerts from the drop down list
- Use the Delete button to remove a Mobile Alert from your account
- Open Self Service in your online banking and click Registered Mobile Alert Number to update the Text Receiving Timespan. NOTE: Account alerts and other U.S. Bank messages that you’ve signed up for will not be received during your quiet time.
Text Banking
Text Banking is also available to all of our members and it’s the easiest way to access your FECU membership! Use your mobile phone to send and receive SMS messaging to perform financial transactions or quickly receive account information such as balances via text messages. You do not need to have our mobile app to use text banking.
* To participate in Federated Employees Credit Union’s text messaging program, you must have an SMS/text messaging-enabled mobile phone. Message frequency varies. Message & Data rates may apply. You are responsible for standard text rates and/or data usage rates that apply in conjunction with any of the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your cell phone carrier. Carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.) are not responsible or liable for undelivered or delayed messages. Make sure your mobile number(s) are correctly entered under to ensure that you receive account alerts.
